Once your order is placed, expect delivery within 2 to 7 business days.

Please note that Fridays and official holidays aren’t counted as working days, and shipping resumes right after.

Delivery Fees:

• Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia, 6th of October, and Helwan: 80 egp.
• other areas: flat 100 egp.

Important Details

• During busy periods such as drops, restocks, or sales, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready.
  
• Double-check that your address and phone number are correct before completing checkout. Incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery.

If something doesn’t feel right, you may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
  All returns go through a quality check upon arrival.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

• Eligible returns will receive a full refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs.

Final Sale Items

• Products marked Final Sale (30% off or more) are not eligible for refunds.
• Exchanges may be offered if the item is available.
• Out-of-stock items cannot be exchanged.

Additional Notes

• Each order is eligible for only one post-purchase action (return or exchange).
